Delivery Assurance

Projects associated with Holden Worldwide are committed to ensuring the secure delivery of every order. Responsibility for collecting the product transfers to the customer once the courier service marks it as DELIVERED. We advise verifying the accuracy of your shipping address and order details before finalizing your purchase. For enhanced security, deliveries of items valued over $100 may require a signature upon receipt.

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Following this, a confirmation email will be sent detailing your order's progress, including shipping fees and delivery timelines.

Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after order placement. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

International Shipping: Expect a delivery timeline of approximately 7-21 business days for international orders, with potential extensions for custom orders.

Returns Policy

We aim to provide flexibility in online shopping experiences. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for store credit, valid for 90 days. Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. To exchange an item for a different size or product, you will need to use the store credit to place a new order.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. This includes items purchased during a sale or promotion and bodysuits and swimsuit bottoms, all of which are considered Final Sale and non-returnable. Furthermore, if an item is initially purchased at full price and then bought again during a promotional period, the ability to return the item purchased at full price and on sale is nullified.

We offer prepaid shipping labels for domestic returns at a consistent rate of $15 USD, while the cost for international returns may vary. It is important to remember that returns must be submitted within the 14-day period for acceptance. For returns initiated after this period, an invoice for the shipping fee will be issued to facilitate the return of the items to you. Following payment, we will ship the rejected items back. 


Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and obtain a different item or size, you will need to place a new order using the store credit received.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached. Items with makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Please note, we do not provide price adjustments, and shipping charges are excluded from the store credit issued. Should you wish to receive a different item or size, you are required to place a new order using the store credit provided.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately at for assistance.

Order Modifications 

We understand the importance of order flexibility. While we cannot cancel orders once placed, we are open to modifications before processing or shipping begins. Please ensure the shipping information you provide is accurate; incorrect details can lead to undelivered, lost, or stolen packages, for which we can't be held responsible. Once your package is delivered, we cannot take responsibility if it gets lost or stolen.

Lost & Stolen

We are committed to helping you track your packages with the carrier, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Duties & Taxes

All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the discretion to release packages, and delays in delivery may occur due to customs procedures.
